Given this resolution does not mention these plots, so they remain subject to the existing regulations, including Ministerial Resolution No. 3 of 2016, which issued the executive regulations for Ministerial Resolution No. 1121 of 2015 (as amended by Resolution No. 1213 of 2015), and other related decisions. All these confirm that the fees for using or operating these plots are set according to the terms of their contracts.
